Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Tours typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chance of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.


Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed on the tour.  No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals. It is your responsibility to show up at the right location, on time. The tours depart promptly at the advertised time.


Do you offer discounted tickets for children and seniors?

Currently we do not offer senior discounts. However, we do offer lower rates for children.


Are your tours appropriate for children?
While tours can be customized for school and church youth groups, most tours are fine for children ages 10 and up.


Does the tour leader accept gratuities?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.​


How much walking is involved?
Tours generally last 2-4 hours, we walk at a moderate pace and also provide at least four sit-down locations on the tour for at least 15-20 minutes each stop during the tour. 


Is smoking allowed on the tour?

The tours maintain a no-smoking policy.


​How much walking is involved?

Tours walk at an easy pace and cover less than two miles of walking. Our tours are generally appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, but please use your best judgment.


Are cameras allowed on the tours?

Yes! In fact, we strongly encourage participants to take photos during the tour. However, we do not allow video cameras or tape recorders. 


Are tours offered only in English?
Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please email us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour. 


What happens in inclement weather?
The tours will go on rain or shine. However, in cases of severely inclement weather on the day of the tour, the tour will be canceled and we will provide a full refund.  In case of questions regarding tour cancellation, please call 646-765-4520.


Please note:

Once a tour is in progress, we cannot delay the tour for late arrivals or interrupt the tour guide so that latecomers can track him/her down since this affects the experience of the people who are present. Therefore, we recommend that you come at least 15 minutes before departure.


Customer Conduct
We may at our discretion require any person to depart from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
